Who we are

4D Community is an independent volunteer community. This site is run by Casimiro Juanes for the 4D Community. The community is not a legal entity, so the data controller is Casimiro Juanes personally — he owns the domain and the database behind this form and decides how the data is used. What data we collect

• Full name
• Email address
• Topic preference
• Availability slots
• Submission timestamp

We also store your timezone, how you want to take part, and anything you write in the free-text box.

Why we collect it

To organise the Slow Schoolhouse pilot — specifically to form a learning circle based on shared topic interest and compatible availability.

How it is stored

Data is stored in a PostgreSQL database hosted by Supabase on servers located in Frankfurt, Germany (EU), in compliance with GDPR.

Circles may record their own sessions and may use an AI tool to check a written summary against that recording. Recordings are made and held by the circle, not by this site, and are not covered by this policy. Each circle decides in its first session whether to record at all.

How long we keep it

Data is retained for the duration of the Slow Schoolhouse pilot and deleted within 90 days of the pilot concluding, unless you ask us to delete it sooner.

Your rights

You have the right to access, correct, or delete your data at any time. To exercise these rights, contact us at casijuanes@gmail.com.

No third-party sharing

Your data is not shared with any third party, used for advertising, or processed for any purpose other than organising this pilot.

If you join a circle, your email address will be visible to the other people in that circle, because the meeting invitation includes everyone.
